Control pick: drifted on one control think it was because I wasn’t really looking where I was going...

Corridor: With Alice and Meg <3 just walked round tho.

Decided against doing the relay, but ran about with Eilidh placing distraction controls looool. Good way to finish the weekend!

Foot felt fab after this weekend :)) most I’ve ran since October so wasn’t feeling great physically, but naving well. Buzzing for next weekend already, will keep things chill before then. Yeet

Inshriach.
Control pick: went well, direction/compass is good.

Windows: mostly good, interesting to see how little of the map is need to make it to the control! Got a bit confused when I stop to speak to Louis/Ali/Megan in the middle of a leg whoops

Corridor: no drama, found it not too tricky so much detail in the corridor to go off of.

Lovely :))

WU (run+drills) with the gals and WD of sorts.

Orienteering 37:27 [3] 3.26 km (11:29 / km)

Craigellachie Downhill Course.
Walked up to save the foot, and did the short course back down. Defo doing more O on the moor when it gets a bit warmer! A couple of little mistakes, but generally naming well. Tired legs from doing almost no running to all this hefty terrain!

Just went round on my own as the group of girls heading out at the same time were running a bit competitively and wasn’t really keen for that... beaut night, nice wee course

No netball, so hit up the gym instead. Wanted to do some strength but wasn’t keen for an awkward confrontation with one of the guidance teachers....

Weights are upping nicely :) up to 40kg cleans which still isn’t that heavy but a lot better than a few weeks ago!

Loch Vaa Night O.
At the technical bit beside the loch (lush) just decided to run it seeing as foot gave no further reaction since Sunday. Nav was spot on, felt confident in my routes, planned ahead well, ignored distractions- v pleased. Legs felt no too bad after gym.

Absolutely loved this, most enjoyable training I’ve done in ages, and feeling hyped for British nights. Also no bother from foot, waheyyyyyy :))
