Really lost the mental battle at #3, legs were tired and just got a bit fed up of how slow I was moving. Messed up 4 and decided that the area was too nice not to enjoy so basically ran at the pace of training from there whoops! So slow through the rocky sections as I was nervous about my foot.

Not a great run really, think I struggled to come to terms with the fact that my brain was a lot faster than my legs; easy fixed I guess.

Didn’t really do a WD, just walked the 2km back with Luke and John.

Note

Not the best of results, but considering I didn’t even know if I’d be running it a few weeks ago, I’m calling that a success :))

BNC- Muir of Dinnet.
Started well, made a right mess on #5 when a decent sized track that was quite important to my route was actually a ride, and I never noticed I passed it... hit #6 by accident, and was so sure that I was in the right place that I thought the units (125 and 126) had been put out in the wrong order ahaha. Eventually realised my fate, and had a big knock in confidence which really slowed me down for the rest of the course.

Not quite the run I had hoped for, but not too bad and really enjoyed the course and area!
