Dragged myself out the door after work and drove into grantown for a nice run. Realised when I arrived that I'd forgotten my running shoes... Got annoyed and couldn't be bothered to run when I came home so just did some tough resistance band stuff so not a complete waste of time! Still got imbalances but slowly improving.

Orienteering 33:03 [3]

Moor of Alvie Basoc training.
Bailed half way round as my feet really hurt- wore my metal sons for the first time in ages and clearly not good for my feet at the moment. Probably didn't help I forgot to roll my feet this morning. Not too bothered, at least I know to stick to the trusty x-talons for now! Naving well, excited to see how I run at o-ringen :)

Note

Walked up Geal-Charn and A'Mharconaich (down at Drumochter) with dad. Class day and a couple of new Munro's for me! A bit hot for the dog so we decided to leave the other two in that area for another day.
