Cambus Blue. Ran reasonably well but felt a bit scrappy at times. Nice to have a bit of a better race than selections lol, happy with result

Running 2:12:39 [3] 16.04 km (8:16 / km) +667m 6:51 / km

Pentlands from Hillend with Eilidh & Ali. Lovely run, plenty of terrain to mix things up. Then almost 3k round some random Edi streets cause we messed up the bus then Eilidh got us lost in George Watsons, although quite an exciting tour of some fancy private school grounds.

Meadows with Dan. Almost stood on a squirrel which was extremely traumatising

Still felt grim today so a plod with Millie up the crags instead of intervals. Think I might be iron deficient so gonna get some bloods to see if that's the case

Cycling 1:46:26 [3] 34.88 km (19.7 kph) +262m
shoes: Shimano

A couple seat laps then out to Musselburgh with Eilidh & Ben. Quite slow down the front people dodging and on the gravelly tracks but a very fun ride, would do again! Also felt really grim all day, very out of it and fatigued so exactly what I needed
