Trail Running 2:39:23 [3] 12.5 mi (12:45 / mi) +472m 11:25 / mi

Combined two workouts so I could run a little further than last week on a little harder course. We were shooting for 13-13:30s. Which would have made this closer to the 2 hr + 45 minutes workouts. Elevation gain 1550.... flat-ish most of that is in the first 6.5 miles.

Oops.

Did the stride outs at 7:30 pace
