Tempo run in a very pretty PSP.

My legs were feeling good today, and I'm finally able to run hard enough that my lungs hurt more than my knees! I think my IT band issues are mostly resolved now, which I'm really happy about. I'm going to keep building it up slowly, and must remember to keep stretching and rolling.

Now that I know I'm not permanently injured, it's time to plan some race goals for the year! Currently on the list is the Sun Run (representing Team TRIUMF) and NAOCs. Now I need to add some really pretty trail races :)

Skate skiing at Cypress. I had corporate passes but heard that the downhill was icy. Nordic was great though! Still hella inefficient.
