My IT band had been making itself known for the last few days, so decided to do an urban run in case I needed to bail and get a bus home. But legs felt absolutely fine today, and I ran well. Disappointed that I missed out on a mountain run, but think it was the right decision.

Really fun WET at Roche Point. Nav was mostly good, and I went reasonably quickly through the forest (by my standards); definitely helps to have all the little white corridors mapped in such fine detail. Delightful evening.

Quarter-finals. We played well, but lost the final set 17-15 so our tournament run is over. It's been a lot of fun, and now I get to cheer on some of my other collaborators in the semis. Go Team Cuties!

This wasn't great. IT band felt like it was rubbing part way through, I didn't have a huge amount of energy (probably due to skipping lunch because of volleyball and meetings), and I couldn't keep a consistent pace.
