First darkside of the year, in lower Lynn Valley. Fun course with just the right number of bingo controls to make it a true adventure. Started off strong, but was broken by the end, with barely enough energy to think straight. Fortunately I got all the controls and got back in time, but didn't have the stamina to go to the pub afterwards. Slept 10 hours that night, and I'm feeling significantly better now. Maybe darkside was the cure I needed?

I've been ill for the last few days, but wanted to run in the forest with the run club. I went at an easy pace, but it looks like my heart rate was super high. Clearly not over whatever I have.
