Running 1:29:52 [2] 16.3 km (5:31 / km) +245m 5:08 / km
ahr:131 max:154 shoes: on Cloudflow Red/Blue

Checking out some of the Trans-Canada between the PNE and Kensington Park in Burnaby. Interesting to see the North Shore from a slightly different angle, and the trail was a lot greener than I expected (possibly too green, as the trees blocked many of the good viewpoints...).

Running 2:19:40 [3] 25.64 km (5:27 / km) +377m 5:04 / km
ahr:143 max:160 shoes: on Cloudflow Red/Blue

Half forest, half road.

Forest: down past St Georges, then the full Salish from SE tip to NW tip of PSP, up and down the Canyon, then down to Spanish Banks.

Road: Marine Drive from Spanish Banks to southern end of Wesbrook, then up past work and back via 16th.

This was a fun run, and I still felt strong at the end.

Easy pace score-O at SFU. Map deficiencies cost me some time (passable wall was 5ft high, new impassable fences etc), but otherwise navigationally okay.
