Took the day off work to ski in the sunshine. Gorgeous weather and the snow was surprisingly good (except for the bit where it was only 1cm thick and camouflaging a sharp rock - my poor ski base!).

Updating the UBC map for the "Day of Sprinting" (aka Sprint Camp Lite). It'll be a few sprint courses to be done at any time over a weekend, plus a couple of zoom sessions with Coach Meghan. It'll be ~ 1% as fun as Sprint Camp, but also ~ 1% the effort to organise...
