Bonk bonk bonk.

Didn't have a big dinner on Friday night, didn't have a big breakfast this morning, and only carried 200 calories of Tailwind on the run. Bonked after ~80 minutes, then just stumbled on home.

Had a big lunch when I got back, then managed to get through 4 hours of Beach Volleyball in the afternoon without collapsing. Fun times!

Lunchtime loop of Stanley Park. I found it surprisingly hard of breathe today, but the allergy report says that pollen counts are low. Maybe related to not having enough sleep recently? (I've 6am meetings with Italian collaborators all week.) Hopefully I'll feel more normal tomorrow.
