Ride out to the base of the mountain before doing a short hike/ bushwhack up and around with Aidan, Calvin and Trond. Nice to relax in the sun at camp afterwards for a good "rest" day.

Whitewater kayaking on the Shuswap River. First time out in rapids was fun despite walking the majority of the big stuff. Was able to make my roll a little better too and never actually needed to use it.
