Classic rollerski up to Silver Star from the bottom. Heels started to get a bit sore from rubbing but otherwise a very good workout. Perfect temperature as well.

Run with Megan around the trails. Nice to get out with a new friend. Heart rate monitor seems weird cause I'm pretty sure I never was in zone 3 or 4 at all based on how I was breathing fine and talking lots most of the way.
