Went to this thing called jungle gym tabata. Was super fun and hard, especially cause I haven't done strength in forever. Basically had cardio exercises paired with strength and went hard for 20 seconds before having a 10 second rest and switching with a partner. Switched 4 times for 8 reps before moving on to the next exercises. Definitely a good workout and could even recreate it on my own or it could work at a playground.

Easy run. Tried to meet up with David but got confused about the time so went out alone and ended up running into him anyways. Looked over the SART maps with him afterwards. Heart rate seems whack again.
