Orienteering butterfly loops at mission creek with David and David. Would put controls out on one loop and then switch to take down controls. Was never really totally on today and felt like I made a lot of stupid mistakes and the legs felt tired too. Need to make sure I do some mental training at home to try to work on that a bit.

Run around Quail Ridge, not hard but didn't go super easy either. Really nice to get out after not doing much so far this week other than work on our Solidworks project. Need to make sure I prioritize getting exercise too.
