Last time rock climbing for the school year. Got my hands really beat up this time but super fun and super hard on the arms as always.

Finally back out again after lots of studying and very little exercise. Was planning on 4 x 6 minutes zone 3 but only the first one really ended up zone 3 and the others I was going harder than that. Still super nice to get out and go hard again.
