Grand Prix Race 3, WAs a MUD BATH!!! so hard to go fast and i took a while to warmed up cos of my lack of warm up....did pretty well considering tho i think i came 6th open women, had a bit of a sprint in the end.
Dont feel too bad now either, 3 hours later.

Did the first few a bit slower and into a head wind, felt like crap really so just held back, felt like crap still on the 3rd but time got better then just kept getting faster, Right Quad still quite tight.

Cruisy Run to stop myself mental from exam prep, was going to just to gym but needed to get out. went up through the domain and down parnell along the waterfront then home. So Windy today!
