Cruisy Run after work, body feels good but feet are a bit crampy and sore, made sure i did lots of hils, cos i knew i wouldnt run as long as planned (90mins) Portland Road is a Toughy but goody!! :D

Saturday Jun 13

Warmed up 10mins, not long enough!!! had to wait in the toilet line for AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGESSSSSSSS

Warmed down 20mins

Grand Prix Race 3, WAs a MUD BATH!!! so hard to go fast and i took a while to warmed up cos of my lack of warm up....did pretty well considering tho i think i came 6th open women, had a bit of a sprint in the end.
Dont feel too bad now either, 3 hours later.

Ran down the strand and felt like i needed a day off running cos of my silly feet so ran home again

15min on bike at the start and 15min at the end

Plyometrics as usual, took12min the made up to 25 with ab stuff

Ran down to tamaki drive with kate and then ran home via parnell ish and up partway of symonds with kate for company

6X1km reps with Kate,
Did the first few a bit slower and into a head wind, felt like crap really so just held back, felt like crap still on the 3rd but time got better then just kept getting faster, Right Quad still quite tight.
Times: 3.57,3.55,3.49,3.37,3.35,3.33. with roughly 2min recov between each

Cruisy Run to stop myself mental from exam prep, was going to just to gym but needed to get out. went up through the domain and down parnell along the waterfront then home. So Windy today!
