12min warm up, 2.20min recovery after each 1km then in the middle (after 3 of the) had a 4min jog so12min all up. then about 35 warmdown

Speed Work intervals 22:00 [3] 6 km (3:40 / km)

6 X 1km reps on Tamaki drive,

Did 3.42, 3.41,3.40, 3.39, 3.40, 3.38

Very consistant :)

Went to gym after work, did 15min bike, 5min rower (1300m) then 10min abs then 20mins on the bike all whilst reading pathology notes woop

warmed up about 20mins and down about the same i think

Felt like Poo, empty and slow, and stomach all churned up with nerves

Running hills 20:00 [4]

Did 8 1min hill reps in the domain, pretty steep, felt really slow and no push! 90 sec recoveries

Cruisy Jaunt with K-Mo....round the domain, real wet and slippery!
