would have taken about 50min but i jacked number 5 by about 2-3 min and the last control by 5!!! aaaarrrrrrrrggggg what is wrong with me these days?

Went for a run just before it got dark, it took all my willpower to get out the door, i think i have post truamatic stress from exams! and i think this week has been a major blaaahhh week.
O well i seemed to feel pretty good on this run physically but feet a wee bit sore.

10mins plyometric style exercises and 5mins of abs

Ran along down to the strand then up st georges bay raod, cleveland, down to tamaki drive, along there, along ngapipi Road then up up thomas bloodworth, up ayr street and home through the domain and grafton bridge/symonds st

Warmed up 15min and warmed down 20min

Did hill with kate 6X2min up and downs....90secs recov
