Orienteering today was a joke.....so i cant really justify it as training, but i walked around for a bit in blackberry. oh in the rain too

20min on the bike, 5min hula hoop then 5min rower then 10min abs, 5min hula then 15min on the bike

Ran when i got home from tauranga and before fork, seem to be squeezing in running at the moment and not really being motivated or having much time, so i feel all the running i am doing is a bit faster than usual, that or im just getting faster....
