Ran with Duncan and MattO around havelock through all the reserves, was meant to do 90min easy but i had a really full on day and was really hungover too... Glad i even got to the 1 hour mark!

15min warm up and 14 warm down. So slow on the warm down i stopped a few times, i was wasted

Too tired to remember and work it out but did one big arse pyramid
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Recoveries were half of the intervals time.

Did them in a hilly loop in the reserve. Went slower than i normally would on the 5min and second 4min cos i was pooped as.

Ran after work, up peak tracks, firstly end of Tauroa road, then up chambers walk to the little redwoods, through them then up jungle valley right up to the 4 trees then back down the ridge track and down the other valley to the Redwoods, back up the tracks and down to the little redwoods, over the stile and home. Didnt feel flash but not too bad. Really humid

22min warm up from home through redwoods then up to the STB start.
15min jog from redwoods to home warm down

Hamstring really sore and crampy the whole way home.

Did the Mens Elite course from the weekend on the sleeping giant. Right from the start my hamstring was really niggly, this is either due to the fall from this map the other night or because i have been favouring it runnning the races the next day? either way i dont like it.

Went for a run with kate, around the reserve and then to keiranga then along plassey to campbell and up mchardy street, tokamaru then home.

Good to jog for recovery but my leg is really sore and hamstring consequently sore and crampy too
