Strength circuit it was sooooo hot! Did 2min lunges then recov, 2min squats then recove then 2min side squats(glute med) then all of this times 3 with 10mjn core at the end.
After a long day working and flat hunting i was tired and grumpy but really needed to do something, i had a leg massage today which was good and also very sore but legs still very tight.
Ran to the stairs and did 4 sprints up them and ran home
