Woke up really soar today especially in my calves and hip flexors. Felt great to run more. Shin started to bug me a little bit during the 5 minute run at the end of the circuit. Have been and will continue icing it the rest of the day.
PreAct - 15 min WU (indoors) - Elliptical 1 x (10 x 3 min hard 1 min easy) - 15 min CD - Strength. Stretch, Roll - ICE
My hamstrings and calves felt tight before the run this morning. Hamstrings felt better after stretching. Later in the day went and did pool workout at 3:00 with Connor. My shin started to bug me after. Not sure why since the pool is low impact.
