Today's workout was really great. Didn't have any shin problems and I tried to go as hard as I could especially with the medball and on the elliptical.

Today's workout was good today. Felt like the last minute and a half of tempo could have been better.

Went to bed early last night but the fire alarm went off in bartley at 2:30 AM. Which caused me to get less sleep then I wanted. Other than that the workout went well. I was really feeling the burn in my arms during the last few intervals.

- Ran outside for 25 min WU
- Went on bike for 12 min
- Elliptical for 40 min, 3:30 steady 30 sec surge 5 times, 20 min CD
- Strength
- Stretch and roll

Today's run felt really good. My shin bothered me in the morning but I didn't feel any pain during the run outside. All the elliptical's were taken for 12 min which was annoying but that motivated me to push harder on the elliptical. Overall good workout.

Felt awesome to run outside again but my shin was starting to feel the impact the last 5 minutes of the run outside. Other than that long run was great.
