Alright WO, was feeling good physically and mentally going into the workout and was excited to push myself. Was feeling a little sick and had to stop halfway through my third lap, couldn't get back in to my rhythm after that. Although based off how I was feeling throughout the workout I'm looking forward to racing.

Good workout, got the effort out for sure and was happy with my first 15 of tempo. Felt pretty beat up after the spikes intervals, but the effort was there for sure.

Really happy with this workout. Been having really good workouts lately. Making me quite excited to race. Was able to really push the pace in this workout quite well while remaining calm and in control.

Great LR, felt really good the whole time. I actually really liked starting slightly earlier than everyone else, kind of mentally reset when we went back out with everyone else. Wouldn't mind doing this everytime in order to run with everyone for their whole LR.
