Very good work, felt great and pushed myself to absolute saturday effort. Was supposed to run 4km but went all out on the third for some reason... ran 700m with colin for the last one, was feeling very good and probably could have squeezed out another 300m at the same pace. Felt great all things considered and was probably one of my best workouts of the season.

Terrible conditions, great workout! Felt tired but great after this workout. The tempo loop and race loop felt good, insane wind on the last 100m of the loops though, could barely breathe in it. 200s were awesome, pretty slippery so had to find speed in control. Once the spikes went on though things were gripping good. I got to Wednesday effort during the last loop as well. Good mental space.

Felt pretty tired this morning but got to practice at 6, got in some extra stability work before the workout. Pool workout had some longer intervals today which I found tough. I felt my arms really pushing but my breathing wasn't that hard. Glad we are starting the med ball circuit for strength.

Good workout today, tempo was really fast and efficient, the steady surge was a little too slow on the steady and too fast on the surges I think due to poor execution and the added difficulty of the shorter intervals.
