Did this workout at UWS, different bike and really weird elliptical. Got in a good effort though the elliptical bothered my legs and hips.

Note

Went and saw Jo today, worked on my foot. Released the anterior tib muscle belly and worked on the tendons. Found a lot built up in the anterior tib. Tendons in foot still tender and fairly weak, discomfort mostly on second toe and fourth toe tendon (right to left, on left foot). Unable to run today, bike still doesn't bother it.

Was happy with today, was able to complete the full pool workout, with a little bit of discomfort at first, it mostly went away by the end of it. Today it seems more just weak than sore/painful. So here's hoping it gets better asap.

Solid bike, tried my best to match a Monday effort on the bike which was tough. I was probably at a low Monday effort for the last 20min (despite how much I was sweating). Unhappy that I had to crosstrain, but happy with how it went.

Good bike, would have been nice to be out running despite the cold but I made sure to get the most out of what I was doing. Sweat quite a bit on the bike as well, overall good equivalent to running I would say effort wise.
