Long workout, bike was at a tough effort, felt like a monday effort by the end of it. Pool workout felt a lot longer than 45min but got some good work done. Saw the Dr. that told me not to bike.. while I was on the bike lol.

Really good pool workout, foot hurt a bit more than normal during the drills but during the interval workout I think I hit a new high as far as effort and HR goes. No strides with foot but got a good effort on the med ball as I wasn’t as tired from the strides as I normally am.

Good off day. Tried to crank up the effort a bit more than a normal off day since im not running much right now. Trying to hold onto the fitness and take advantage of the strength you build on the bike that you don’t build running.

Long day. Got in the pool shortly after getting back from the states. After the pool I did an off day run like effort on the bike with short jogs up the track every ten minutes.
