Good workout, right foot (non-injured) was a little sore on the outside part, probably just getting used to more weight on it than on the bike. Reps got really tough at about number 5. But the effort was right where it needed to be.

Really good effort on the elliptical, the effort was the same as if I were running. Tempo got tough at 15min and the 3/2/1 I really had to focus on staying relaxed and getting through each interval.

Good off day, elliptical felt really good. It's surprising how much you miss just moving fast while upright rather than hunched over a bike
