Good run with the guys, feeling good other than my achilles being really tight and sore. Stretching, rolling, icing, and massaging but its still pretty sore.

Went for 45min with Jordan, was going to continue up to 60min but forgot I had to work at 3 so I had to stop early. Going to finish up after work. Legs feeling pretty good, my achilles though in my right leg is pretty tight. Been working on strengthening it with balance and the Bosu ball, as well as getting Blake to work on it.
