Really great run this morning, went throughout LPH and centeniall with les fellas. Time flew by with good stories and conversation. Legs and body feeling pretty good as well, although we made sure to keep the pace honest.

Met up with Derek and Colin on Gratton for this run, good pace, weather was pretty cool this morning which was different from our usual temps. Legs feeling a little tired off the start but pretty good once they woke up. Massage later today to work things out.

Good session today, feeling pretty good today, cross training went by pretty quick, strides felt really good today, better than usual. Weights were good, really happy with the effort. Deads were a higher volume but we still managed to throw around some heavy weight. Medial part of achilles on right foot still tight, I notice it the most on lunges.

Good bop with the guys, I think we were pressing a little at the start, but relaxed after the first 15 or so. It feels tough to reign things in when you start to roll but helps having the guys around to help gauge each other out there.
