Went for a nice rainy run around the Bellrose loop with Tpain and Galloway. Good conversations catching up with Andrew made the run go by quite quickly! Feeling a little sore in my right knee but nothing substantial what so ever.

Decent long run today, legs were feeling pretty tired today but the energy levels would fluctuate throughout. Hot day made for great weather though so can't complain.
