Really long one, I was quite tired by the end of it. Got a really good effort in on the elliptical, and was happy with where my mind went when it got tough. Run felt good as well, felt more smooth and foot felt fine.
Nice to put running back on the logs! Everything felt fine, no pains at all. Felt like Bambi but I'll get back into the swing of things. Felt good to run again.

Good workout today, first time doing intervals in the pool and the foot seems to be able to handle it fine. Gonna keep an eye on it, but so far so good! (knock on wood)
