Good workout today, pretty good 30min dwr, then a really strong effort with Louis on the downstairs ellipticals, got tough by the first 4min, and didn't let up. Run was good as well, no pain in foot, slowly starting to feel less rusty on the runs.

Really long one, I was quite tired by the end of it. Got a really good effort in on the elliptical, and was happy with where my mind went when it got tough. Run felt good as well, felt more smooth and foot felt fine.
