Really good workout with Louis today, strong effort throughout as well as a good mindset! Got as close to a Saturday effort as an elliptical would allow.

Good run with Louis and Tpain, went along the Belrose loop then into the hospital trails, somehow got a bit lost in the hospital trails so went a little longer than planned, but felt good. Been a while since the snakes were out for a run!

Pretty good session today, pretty tired during the swim but got it done. Weights were tough as well, didn't have a ton of motivation for it but grinded through it. Especially the plyo push ups combo with the shoulder taps, which always are a challenge.

Solid work today, Belrose loop was good, ran with Louis and Isaac. Foot felt good the entire time which was good, with the exception of a solid blister on my left foot. Bike after was good as well, very tired by the end of it all.

Wow this was an absolutely horrible workout, didn't work hard at all and just couldn't wait to be done.

Good/long session today. Worked hard the entire time which im happy with. Got better today!
