Drove to Bradford for a workout with the New market Huskies. Workout went well, felt pretty good throughout. The hills really started to crush me at hill #5. But grinded through and kept jogging when I got to the top of the hills. Fun workout, and good first hill workout back.

Good workout this morning, run felt quick but just focused on easy running and getting the work done. Strides hurt the glutes a tad bit but nothing crazy. Weights were a good struggle.

Great session with the guys today. Had a solid group for the first half of the loop, then when things picked up Louis, Andrew and I were able to get things rolling until they dropped me on the last mile or so. Did my best to push the pace and keep the cadence up, effort and mindset were great today. Ran 29:12 for the loop.

Good workout with Louis in the pool. Did 45 bike afterwards. Legs are pretty tight from Monday but rolled them out well and that seemed to free them up well.

Pretty long session today. Run was good, felt really smooth on the warm up, and then the tempo was tough but I stayed focused and pushed the entire time. Elliptical was also good, felt like I got a very strong and consistent effort in the whole time.

Decent workout today, the footing in Cascades was pretty bad in some spots and that caused a blister on my foot to get really aggravated which made running tough. Had to really focus not to worry about it and just run.
