Another windy day, but the workout felt really good even with the wind. The surges felt very crisp and fast today, and the steady was solid too. Really good Monday effort. Did weights at the YMCA here and so I had to use the regular bar instead of the trap bar. Only problem today was that the bottom of my left foot is very tight and sore. Feels like plantar fascia tightness. I've been rolling out my calf and foot a bunch and that seems to be helping, but still pretty tight.
