Mix of trails and roads, lots of long climbs. I felt good and relaxed the whole time, just shut off the brain and ran. Good start to the morning, happy with how the runs are going, as well as the mentality towards the runs.

Quick shakeout this morning to get things moving. Felt better at the end than I did when I started.

Super hilly single track today, big climbs and big descents. Felt good overall today, just had to grind through the last 30min or so as the plan was to only go an hour.
Run32:30 [3] 7.22 km (4:30 / km) shoes: Nike Vomero 13 (Black/White)
Easy 30min around the lake this morning. Feeling a bit tired from yesterday’s run, but not too bad. Things started turning over smoothly after a few minutes.

Second run of the day, felt ok going into this after running this morning, started to feel fatigued at about 35min but just reminded myself to enjoy it and the fatigue soon went away. Everything’s feeling pretty good, just some minor shin splint pain.

Solid run today, felt a bit tired and didn’t want to go for the run but once we got things going I was pretty happy to be out there, started to feel tired around 45min but just stopped focusing on the watch and relaxed as much as I could through the last bit.
