Went for 45 this morning and decided to go run around the city and stubbled upon a nice gravely path through a park as well as the Royal Arts and History museum here in Brussels. So made for an entertaining run despite tired legs. Gonna go for another 45 later today.

Toured around Brussels again, lots of parks which is nice cus they’re all gravel paths and really nice. This felt better than this mornings run.

Quick jaunt around Brussels this morning. Checked out Brussels park for my workout later, good spot for it, about a 2km loop of gravel and dirt so should do the trick. Tired and heavy legs from walking all day yesterday.

Tough one today. Barely was able to cool down, I could just feel lactic everywhere. Face felt tight from it even. Had to lie down for a minute when I got back to my bed. Workout was good though!

First one of the day done, hopped on the SOS Trail system, good soft surfaces with some interesting technical single track at spots. We were moving well and got the breathing going on some long uphills. Solid run, legs feeling pretty good after the workout yesterday.

Second run of the day, went later. Legs were quite tired and I didn’t really want to go for this one. Tired and hungry the whole time, but didn’t matter got it done all the same.

Quick little shakeout this morning. Legs were feeling quite tired so we really had to force ourselves out the door. Felt better once we finished.

Good workout today, kepts things rolling on the steadies, with solid transitions in and out of the surges. Focus was good, stayed in the moment. Legs a tad sore but nothing too bad.

Cool 60 avec Louis this evening. Slight stomach issues halfway through but got through it. Good run, felt good considering yesterday was the longest I’ve ran in a long time.

Went for a later run today, and it was pretty cool out which was a nice change, actually got a bit cold by the end of it. But legs felt pretty good. Focus was solid and we got some challenging hills in. Happy with today’s long run.
