Felt a little stiff at the start, but good by the end of the 4km warm up. Nailed the first interval at 3:59, felt good after 500m on the second at a 3:59 pace when my calf just completely let go and pretty significant pain. Felt like a bad calf cramp but without the tightening. Hopefully just overuse and not injured. As my Rugby coach used to say "are you hurt or injured, if you are only hurt get back out there".
