Pros and cons of running 25km in the slush and ice

CON: slow PRO: felt fast when I hit the pavement
CON: wet feet PRO: cool feet in my usually hot brooks ghosts
CON: extra effort PRO: more cushion and great stabilizer workout
CON: overall conditions stunk PRO: feels extra good sticking to plan!!
