Beer barons training session, did a poor job of hydrating the days leading up and it cost me day of. Let's hope that WT goes better than this. Solid ride through 50km of mixed trail/road before the legs started to give in. Lost my tracking for a section after a fall on bog'd up.

Started to cramp coming off the bike and this was fairly technical so I was okay for the majority but struggled as soon as stride length opened up.
