Solid bike, we worked on drafting as a team on the rail trail which was perfect. Also did some towing up to 27km/h, we have never gone that fast before with someone on a tow!

Cramped on the run, disappointing. Was hydrated, took salt pills, bad eating? Did not do my usual amount of mustard. Did not feel like I was depleted.
