Ribs are really sore, couldn't run at all so did a 15% incline instead. Disappointing, this will likely force me to change my marathon target date.

Full day of Powder cat-boarding, this might be the hardest I have worked in 8 hours since BPMR last year. Not logging these as workouts and times but certainly don't feel bad about missing a few days for this trade.
