From Log Boom Pk to Arrowhead Pt. and back. I felt fairly good, but my technique felt precarious--not consistently smooth; I had to keep working at it. Pushed the pace a bit more than usual.

10 min. wm-up to Hor. View before hill workout, ~45-sec. jogging recoveries between hills, then 9 min. wm-dn. My legs felt somewhat tired today.

shoes: Brooks Trance 4 - 1
2 sets of 5 x 25-sec. hills, with jogging back recovery between reps and 2 minutes walking and standing between sets. To my surprise, the second set felt slightly better than the first, although maybe it was just because I expected it to feel worse.

Canoeing with Roger at WAC. We were out for 36+ minutes, but I paddled for about 30 minutes and took breaks to plot BEAST CPs.

Run along the BGT, from Log Boom Park to the tunnel past the golf course and back. I mostly felt pretty good. My left hamstring was a bit tight/sore in the beginning of the run, and it seized a bit during the first minute or so of jogging. Also, my calves and hip flexors felt a bit fatigued/sore from yesterday.
