After about 1.5 hours, my legs started feeling tired, and after 2.3 hours, I began feeling low on energy. I guess my breakfast of three tablespoons of peanut butter wasn't quite enough. | ||

| Ran with Kenny and Misha at Boojum Rock. I didn't look at the map while we were running, but watched the terrain. Kenny stopped periodically, and I practiced relocating. I lost my focus a few times and correspondingly was slow to relocate. The terrain and weather were quite nice. | ||

| Ran the Hudson Highlander. I was afraid I would die, so I ran mostly pretty slowly. Except for a little hamstring cramping, I felt fine to the end, so I probably could have been a little more aggressive. From a technical standpoint, I performed fairly well overall, although I was somewhat rough on the second and third of the four loops. Oh yeah, and I accidentally became King of the Mountain. | ||
