Ran the Hudson Highlander. I was afraid I would die, so I ran mostly pretty slowly. Except for a little hamstring cramping, I felt fine to the end, so I probably could have been a little more aggressive. From a technical standpoint, I performed fairly well overall, although I was somewhat rough on the second and third of the four loops. Oh yeah, and I accidentally became King of the Mountain.
