I ran from home to the bottom of Ravenna Park, up Ravenna Boulevard to Green Lake, around the lake to Woodland, looping around Woodland Park and the zoo, the rest of the way around the lake, and home via the north rim of Ravenna Park and the bridges. My legs felt quite stiff, sore, and tired toward the end, despite the very usual pace.

I ran from near the office southwest on the BGT and back, with a loop around the Magnuson Park waterfront. My legs felt somewhat tired and sore, I guess from the long bike ride on Thursday, and I felt more tired toward the end of the run that in the beginning.

Mostly easy-paced bike ride: To UW and back, then around the south end of Lake Washington with Larissa and back home. I imagined this as a 35-ish mile ride, which already felt sort of long, and now I am pretty tired.

I warmed up to the Roosevelt High School track, ran a couple sets of form drills, then ran 100, 200, 300, 400, 300, 200, 100m with easy jogging recovery of equal distance between reps. The 300s were a few meters long, because it wasn’t clear from the markings where I was supposed to stop. I took a warm down jog home after the work out. Times were around 17-18 for the 100s, ~36, ~56-58, 73 for the 400m, which felt noticeably tough at the end.
