Running, path 2:25:00 [2] 11.43 km (12:41 / km)
Sightseeing run with Mathias at Hurum. Parked at Semsporten, then ran to Stikkvannskollen, Stikkvannshytta, Bjørnåsen and back to the parking. Pick 2 controls at Kjentmsannsmerket 2016 - 2019. A wonderful run, and wonderful weather.

Sightseeing jogging from home and to Nordre Kolsåstoppen (control 9 at Kjentmannsmerket 2016 - 2019). Lovely sunny day. Trails were a bit icy, an I used o-shoes with spikes.

The Wednesday Veritas night-o-races have finished for the 2016 season, and I did an easy run in Dæliskogen with headlamp, and on small paths or in the terrain. It has been mild the last days, so most of the ice on the trails has melted. Nice to be out in the forest at night.
