Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]

Orienteering race 1:35:42 [4]

National race. No power in my legs, was an easy day for my engine. Scary how bad my shape actually is, even if I didn't do much training recently.
Lost 1' due to shoe binding and 3' for going to the toilet

Home - Muttenz - Rütihard (Warm up)
Intervals 1'1'2'2'3'2'2'1'1', same amount of rest between the intervals.
Back Rütihard - Muttenz.

Had quite a good shape, had no problems to push at all. During warm up / cool down, the legs were crap, though. Looks like the shape is a bit better than expected.

Short jog. Start was okay, but felt crap after 12min already.
